Propriété Lake Shore, à quelques pas de la plage !!

Une invitation: Coastal Concepts, Inc., une équipe de conception et de développement, est ravie d'annoncer que son dernier projet, Shorewinds cottage, est maintenant disponible à la location pour les clients exigeants. Cette élégante maison est située au bord de la plage de Lakeshore Road, dans le joli Union Pier.

L'environnement intĂ©rieur mĂ©lange habilement l'utilisation d'Ɠuvres d'art originales, d'artefacts et d'antiquitĂ©s d'une maniĂšre ludique qui capture l'essence de la vie cĂŽtiĂšre. Des portes françaises mĂšnent de la cuisine Ă  un patio latĂ©ral qui est adjacent au chemin de la plage. ClĂŽturĂ© pour plus d'intimitĂ©, vous pouvez profiter d'un repas en plein air tout en Ă©coutant les vagues se briser sur le rivage.

Les meubles en osier de style vintage se trouvent sous la terrasse couverte de la pergola et sont un endroit accueillant pour passer la fin de l'aprÚs-midi à se détendre avec un bon livre et une boisson. Un coin salon est niché prÚs du foyer pour observer les étoiles en fin de soirée. Ceci est un chalet que vous serez ravi que vous ayez choisi de partager avec vos proches.

: Les réservations ne sont sécurisées qu'aprÚs réception d'un acompte de 50% et d'un contrat signé. Le solde est dû 60 jours avant l'arrivée prévue ainsi qu'un dépÎt de garantie et des frais de ménage. Il y a un minimum de 3 nuits pour les vacances et les week-ends d'événements spéciaux, au tarif week-end.

Le paiement intégral est requis pour les réservations effectuées moins de 30 jours à l'avance. Les locations d'été sont réservées en forfait 8 jours / 7 nuits uniquement. Toutes les locations commencent le vendredi soir et se terminent le vendredi matin suivant.

Arrivée à 16h et départ à 10h le vendredi pour les locations à la semaine. Des frais d'annulation peuvent s'appliquer.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Our Family!

We just returned from an incredible stay at this cottage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach(30 second walk from backyard) which made it so easy for our family of four to enjoy long, relaxing days by the ocean.The cottage itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, it was clear the hosts put thought into making guests feel at home. The space was just the right size for us, and we especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay extra comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beachfront home base for a family vacation.

Peace and quiet on the beach

This is our second time staying at Shorewinds cottage, which probably says enough. The cottage is amazing. It is *extremely* close to the beach. It is also well stocked and kid friendly (our 4 year old daughter loved the place). The food in the area is really good, with a couple of great restaurants and cafes - Union Pier Social, Tapa Tacos, Red Arrow Roadhouse, Whistle Stop Grocery. There are more restaurants and cafes in New Buffalo, which is very close. David's Delicatessen and Coffee is a must. Both times we have visited we came in March, and while it can be a bit chilly, we really enjoy the peace and quiet in the off season. other must-do things: Warren Beach Dunes and Galien River County Park

Amazing Stay!

Booked the shorewinds cottage as a last minute weekend trip for my mom and I and it was perfect! The inside was cuter and bigger than pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the outdoor seating areas and the proximity to the beach - amazing to not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Perfect location within walking distance of the Whistle Stop, The Roadhouse and Milda's. Would definitely book again!

2nd summer at our happy place!

We came back for our 2nd summer and we already booked again for our 3rd summer! Clean and spacious and very comfortable, appreciated the new beds and TVs and other improvements. The grounds are even more beautiful than the photos, bird lovers remember to bring seed for the feeders! Easy checkin, good communication with property manager. And the location cannot be beat!

Our new happy place!

We had been staying for years at another property that stopped taking rentals and we were looking for our new happy place. We definitely found it! The property was exactly as the description stated and even better than the photos showed. No beach view but yes literally steps from the property to the path that leads to the beach. But still felt private and serene. The house was very clean and well furnished. We loved the natural light and the open layout inside, as well as the multiple exits to the cozy spaces outside. Joan the property manager was responsive and gave us clear communication re checkin/checkout. I brought birdseed as she suggested and spent hours on the front porch watching and listening to the birds. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful cottage in Union Pier, Michigan. It's got everything you need for vacationing on the beach. Fully equipped, clean, sleeps five, laundry, close walk to beach. Great place to stay.

Michigan Oasis by the beach

The location is amazing -just in from the beach. The garden is an oasis with everything from cute outdoor shower to fire pit to quiet places to read and watch hummingbirds. The house is immaculate, well equipped and tastefully decorated. This is our second time at the property and are planning on returning next year. Joan is a great host as well.

Nature’s Bounty

The whimsical cottage was so much more than any pictures on vrbo could show! we were surrounded by nature from the time we walked up on the front porch. Watching the birds was a total delight. Even saw a doe nosing around. Just out the garden gate and down a small path is the beach. There are several steps going down to the beach so if you are handicapped, bring your crutches or cane. There are gourmet restaurants, markets, and boutiques within five minutes. You can’t go wrong renting from Joan.
