The staff was outstanding. The hot breakfast was fine, but not much of a variation from day to day. Bottled water and hot chocolate would have been good if available. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not do much. No plug in the sink. But otherwise, a very nice place.

Had to switch rooms. First room had no deadbolt. Seems easy enough to fix so that they wouldn’t let this happen. Second room had no TV. They said we had to wait till the next day. So we had an entire night with no TV. Asked to speak to manager but she was not there and never called us back. Will never stay there again.

The staff was friendly, setting a relaxed atmosphere. No dress code at the desk. The room is outdated, the rug needed vacuuming and the lamp was full of dust. The bed linens were clean. Breakfast was average at best. Didn’t understand the pancake machine and there were no eggs or hot buns available and it took 20 minutes for more preparations to arrive. Room key stopped working and had to be reset each day, and the staff never asked my name just room #, I could have been anyone getting access to another room. It was an okay stay for a three star lodging.

Ac shook the furnishings in the room, key cards required undated at least once a day to get in, no shower curtain for 2 days, no service at all and had to ask for towels. Lot of people hanging around in the parking lot at night partying and in and out of vehicles. Left a day early and never given any paperwork or email upon checkout....a day early.
