Wir sind schwer enttäuscht von diesem Objekt und würden es auf keinen Fall wieder buchen.Die Mängel wurden teils direkt vor Ort mit dem Servicepersonal besprochen, teils dem Chef der Hotelkette per Mail mitgeteilt und selbstverständlich wurde eine detaillierte Mängelliste an Interhome gesendet.Die Wohnung ist extrem abgewohnt, vieles ist kaputt, das Mobiliar wild zusammen gestellt, Besteck, Keramik und Gläser unvollständig, der Griff am Ofen gebrochen, der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht, ein weiterer Kühlschrank wurde hinzugestellt, Riss im Teppich, Loch in der Couch, teils eingerissene Tapeten, Schimmel im Bad, Fliesen mit Tapete überklebt, blanke Kabel ohne Klemme hängen aus der Wand, Steckdosen ohne Abdeckung, lose Kabel im Bad, keine Garderobe innerhalb der Wohnung, ein Riss in der Seitenscheibe der Eingangstür, der Grill im Garten war total verdreckt und verrostet und konnte nicht genutzt werden, Gartenauflagen nicht vollständig und verdreckt, Markisen gerissen, etc.Unter der Wohnung wohnen Angestellte im Keller, die die halbe Nacht, bei geöffnetem Fenster, laut in ihrer Landessprache telefonierten und miteinander redeten. An Schlaf war öfters nicht zu denken.Der Wäschewagen mit dreckiger Wäsche wurde den ganzen Tag im Aufzug abgestellt, so dass sich der Gestank und die Keime den ganzen Tag dort verteilten, Putzlappen, Eimer und weitere Utensilien standen noch bis nachmittags auf dem Hotelflur.

Das in die Jahre gekommene Mobiliar hat seinen Charme, aber die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich, nur wurde leider nicht drauf geachtet, wie die letzten Gäste die Wohnung verlassen haben. Spülmaschine mit schmutzigem Geschirr, der Herd voll Spaghettisoße usw. Schade....

Service geht anders

Die Ferienwohnung war ok, leider ging die Sauna in der Wohnung nicht. Nach mehrmaliger Reklamation und Ausreden kam dann auch ein Techniker, der leider nichts finden konnte. Dann kam nochmal jemand der ein Teil ausbaute, und das Teil bestellen musste. Die angebotene Sauna ging also für den gebuchten Zeitraum nicht. 80 € für einen kleinen 3,5 kg Hund empfanden wir schon viel, dann wollte das Hotel aber nochmals abrechnen, auch hier waren wir enttäuscht. Auch meine Frage nach einer Quittung wurde nur sehr zögerlich entsprochen und hat lange gedauert. Diese Fewo werden wir sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Wir waren sehr überrascht über die Größe der Ferienwohnung

Es gab neben den zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils ein Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Außerdem hat uns die riesige Stube überrascht. Unseren zwei Chihuahua hat der große dazugehörige Garten gefallen. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne grosse Wohnung und ein toller Garten ganz eingezäunt .Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.Wlan verbesserungswürdig aber sonst alles top.
