“ A diamond in the rough” is what I called this place. The grounds are magical & the staff couldn’t be any nicer. The 2 alpacas that live on property was a hit for the kids! HIGHLY recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Lizz Hotel. The garden is absolutely beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very responsive to our emails before and during our stay. We also truly appreciated the driver - Ivan, they arranged for our trip to the Salt Mines (Maras) and Terraces (Moray)—he was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

This is a great boutique hotel in Urubamba! The hotel manager and hotels staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to help you! The restaurant attached to the hotel has decent menu options for Breakfast and Dinner. The hotel property is maintained very well and had Alpacas on the hotel property that you can pet! Very nice experience overall!

We LOVE this place! We stayed here last year for the first time and it was so amazing we came back this year. Get a MASSAGE while you are here! If you don’t you are doing yourself a disservice and missing one of the best massages ever! The restaurant is fabulous and lots of the fresh produce is grown right on the property. Highly recommend and we will be back again next time we are visiting Peru! ❤️

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Helped us book a taxi and packed us breakfast for our trip to Machu Picchu. Even help us get passes back we forgot at the hotel. The food at their restaurant was delicious. One thing I would suggest is putting screens on the balcony doors. Overall a great place.

This is the best among five different hotels at various locations (above 4-star-rated hotels) during a 16-day trip around Peru. My husband and I stayed two nights at Lizzy Wasi. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. We had a chance to talk with an owner "Lizzy" who is such a delightful lady, just like other staff members. I am so glad my husband found this hotel, and we had a chance to rest in this peaceful and beautiful place. I am grateful to all staff members and Lizzy for their dedication to our guests. I would give this 100 stars if I could. We stayed here with our kids to acclimate to the altitude and we are so glad we did. The family room we had was perfect for the 4 of us. The staff was amazing and each of them took special care to make sure our visit was great. They even lit the fireplace in our room each night which made it so cozy. The town is very safe and walkable to local restaurants - although the food at the on site restaurant is also delicious! The grounds and Mountain View’s are breathtaking.

Lizzy Wasi was a memorable experience while in the Valle Sagrado. The property grounds are beautiful and create a relaxing space. The staff are beyond wonderful, making sure each detail is taken care of. The space is contained and safe, so much that our young daughter was able to run around the grounds, play with the Alpacas, and jump on the trampoline. Urubamba is a delightful town with kind people and many areas to explore. Lizzy Wasi is perfection.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Lizzy Wasi in the Sacred Valley. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were so peaceful with lots of places to lounge in comfort with views of the Andes Mountains. There are pretty flowers, birds, alpacas on the grounds. The kids loved the trampolines. We had breakfast and dinner daily - food was great. The best part of Lizzy Wasi was the people. From the waitstaff, to the restaurant manage, to the groundspeople, to the hotel manager, as well as Liz...everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend Lizzy Wasi if traveling to the Sacred Valley.
