Gorgeous and no stone unturned service

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are incredible, from the moment we pulled in, and Greg helped us with his amazing attitude and knowledge, to the end of our stay. The hotel is so comfortable in the room and in the lobby that you almost feel like you’re in a luxurious home instead of a hotel.

We visited Tivoli Lodge during October shoulder season and really enjoyed it. The hotel is boutique (~65 rooms), newer (constructed 2014 I think) and in good condition with nice details and touches. Ownership lives on site on the 5th floor and the staff all seems to be very attentive and service oriented. The rooms are exceptionally quiet due to concrete construction. The location is very convenient and walkable to the Vail Village restaurants, shopping and ski lifts. It is a very dog friendly.
