Thus the insulation and windows are recent and the heating is provided by geothermal energy which ensures a regulated temperature throughout the 240m² of the house.To enjoy the surrounding countryside, the exteriors offer pleasant and green spaces for the whole family or groups of friends. The terrace has a direct view of a bucolic and fenced water point.​This 5-bedroom accommodation can accommodate up to 14 people. It has 5 queen-size double beds (160x200) and 4 single beds, 1 shared bathroom (with toilet and bathtub) and 1 shower room in one of the bedrooms. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels provided.The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and all the necessary dishes. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and WiFi are accessible free of charge.The large courtyard will offer you all the comfort to park in front of the house.Entry and departure are independent with a key box system.
