The staff were so helpful and gracious. The in room amenities were so plentiful, everything you could imagine. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy. We used the 1 hr spa circuit for 2 people which was such a treat for a reasonable fee.
The interior design was 5 stars. Aged bronze detail on so many surfaces, including the hallway and elevators.
Excellent clothing storage
Cute Marshall speaker for Bluetooth or aux connection
Lush bathrobes and slippers. They brought us chocolates, a bedside mat, and eye shades in the early evening.

Lovely hotel very central, great food and drink on offer, a nice touch to have a roof top bar. The spa we didn’t pay to use - but an option if you have bad weather. The bed very comfortable and room very clean. Reception and staff were friendly and spoke good English too.

Helpful reception staff. My room o the 1st floor was very dark with limited natural light, due to being on a low floor, but also as all windows had wooden shutters. I requested a move to a higher floor but this could not be accommodated due to the hotel being full. The hotel bar, restaurant was not very impressive. But there were plenty of bars in the vicinity. I would probably not book this hotel again as i like more natural light in my room.

We stayed for one night on a multi-city trip to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were looking for something upscale, while not pretentious. From the moment we checked in. In we were thrilled we chose to stay here. The staff at check-in were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Check us in several hours before the official check-in time. They offered helpful information about the area and gave us great suggestions. Their rooms were small but updated. Lots of little amenities that enhanced the experience. We were offered two free drinks at check-in. With it being our anniversary, they brought up a bottle of sparkling wine and a piece of tiramisu out along with a card. I used the very small fitness center which probably would only be good for two or three people at a time. That said, it was empty when I went and it had all the equipment I needed for a decent workout. I used the steam room and spa. Such a wonderful space. They built. Music playing, nice sense in the Year, and hydrotherapy. Just what I needed. It's situated essentially the old quarter. Nothing I would recommend they change. Very happy we stayed here!

A lovely stay in a lovely hotel. Let down by the fact that the Google chrome in the room is non existent and was told it would be fixed by hotel staff who just lied and said they would fix it but just ignored it and did nothing

This was my first visit to Valencia and boy my wife and I picked a great Hotel. The location of this Hotel was perfect for our four day visit to Valencia. Located within the shopping district, old town and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, the Hotel we were told had been open for one year, which was still brand new and beautifully decorated, a converted old bank which was amazingly modernised keeping some old features. The bedroom was 100%, decorated to a high standard an amazing bathroom with great Porselonsa fittings and massive walkin shower. The bed was a king size had the most comfortable bedding and a Marshalls blue tooth speaker which topped it for me. I would certainly stay here again or stay in any other Hotels within the group. Most recommended, you would not regret choosing this Hotel. Due to time we did not have an opportunity to eat at the Hotel or use spa facilities, however they looked amazing. Great choice 👌👌👌👌
