First the good: Valencia is a beautiful city with plenty to do. Hotel is excellently located. The Lobby, Piano Bar and Rooftop Bar are beautiful. Staff in the Bars are really friendly and polite. The OK: We got an email from the hotel two days before we were due to arrive, to check-in online. It only let one of us check-in. Thought we might have got a map or some info on the City when we checked in. Because we are VIP Expedia we should have got a bottle of wine (we got a half bottle) and a possible room upgrade (non was offered). There was a single stool in the room, so we couldn't sit and chat to each other. We got a free bottle of water the first day and one other day. There was only one beer glass and one wine glass. There were two different sized tea cups. There was no book in the room to tell you about the hotel facilities and services. The not good: Bathroom needs an upgrade (see photos). Used the slide bar/ handheld shower head one morning. This flooded the bathroom floor. It clearly wasn't he first time this had happened. the door jamb was rotten from previous water damage. The water wet the carpet outside the bathroom (clearly not the first time). The maid turned the AC onto the highest temperature possible to dry it out. Our room felt like a furnace when we returned in the afternoon.

The breakfast provided was outstanding. High quality, great variety, lots of juices...even horchata and fartons! Then to be able to order hot items from the menu provided was an unexpected service added...well done!

A boutique hotel for those who like a little more style. Great location and amenities! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, common areas are on multiple floors. Breakfast could be better for the price.

2 day family trip to Valencia

This was a great hotel for our family for a quick 2 day trip to Valencia at the end of our summer holiday. The hotel's location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere even in the heat. The hotel itself was cool but not too cool and had a lovely roof top bar. Really happy I chose this hotel

Ideal stay in central Valencia.

Fantastic stay - comfortable hotel in excellent condition, wonderful staff and a great location. Shower and bed both excellent. Breakfast absolutely world class - don’t miss it. Also great value, cannot recommend highly enough.
