The accommodation
My family and I decided to reserve a portion of our Villa for our guests. Inserted in a quiet and green residential area just 2 steps from the center of Valenzano, a small medieval village just outside Bari, it is located in a strategic position and ideal for visiting Bari and its attractions (just 5 km) as to reach all the most beautiful and renowned villages of our beautiful Puglia (close to all the roads for the north and south of Bari). It is a beautiful 130 sqm tavern, completely renovated to new, furnished with taste and refinement combining modernity and technology, in addition to the latest construction techniques, with a clearly retro vintage & industrial style and inspiration. It is equipped with everything necessary for a short or long stay, both for a business trip as for a holiday that we will contribute to make unforgettable.
STRONG POINTS OF THE HOUSE ARE:
- independent and independent entrance with video intercom for complete privacy and privacy.
- parking in the street adjacent to the house safe, free and always available. This is a great advantage given the difficulty of finding a parking space in Bari and the high costs (even € 2 / hour)
- although immersed in the greenery and tranquility of a residential area, this house enjoys a strategic position ideal for reaching Bari (just 5 km), the center of Valenzano (within walking distance) full of bars, cafes, supermarkets (LIDL and Penny Market 2/7 open pass), pharmacies, shops, restaurants, etc. as well as the most attractive places in Puglia and neighboring areas such as Alberobello, Polignano, Monopoli, Valle d'Itria, Trani, Matera, Castel del Monte, Ostuni and Locorotondo, the Caves of Castellana etc.
- Very well served and connected to Bari by public transport: bus stop fse (railways Southeast) to Bari center and train station (average journey 20 min.) Just 50 meters; bus terminus no. 4 for Bari center at 400 meters (average distance 30 minutes); Valenzano x Bari train station 15 min. of walking. Also near our house are all the most important junctions of the road directives for both the north of Bari and the South.
- The house is located at the center of important technological and university centers (Tecnopolis only 3 km away, the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute at 400 meters, the Veterinary Faculty of Bari just 2.5 km away). Also it is easily reachable in 5 min. by car the Pediatric Hospital of Bari GIovanni XXIII as well as the only Ikea in Puglia.
- KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and all new. It includes everything necessary for the preparation of excellent lunches and dinners (pots, pans, 4-burner gas stove, ventilated oven and microwave, hood, American fridge with freezer, sink, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka, etc., as well as flatware and glasses, cups for breakfast and so on. There is also a practical snack plan to have breakfast or a quick snack. Do not worry about anything.
- BEDROOMS
the house has 2 double bedrooms including bedside tables, lamps, double cushions, latest mattresses, duvets, hangers for 2 people, a mirror and a useful work surface to work with your computer, or simply to support your own what's this. One of the 2 bedrooms also has an en-suite bathroom. Electric blinds and shutters as well as latest-generation fixtures with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation contribute to optimal sleep quality.
The third bedroom instead has 2 single beds with their clothes hangers and drawers to store everything necessary.
- BATHS
As said, a bathroom is located inside the first bedroom. Spacious and functional, it includes a toilet and a bidet, a sink, a mirror and a beautiful shower cabin with a hand shower, water jets and a vertical jet plus a practical dispenser to provide hand soap, shower gel and high quality shampoo for our guests. The second bathroom, even larger and more functional, has a suspended toilet and bidet, mirror with integrated LEDs, a wonderful Corian sink and a very spacious shower cabin with hydrojets, vertical jet and hand shower. Also here, as in the previous, dispensers with hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and 2 hair dryers complete the rich equipment of these baths.
- LIVING AREA
The heart of the house, bright and welcoming open space of considerable size (about 60 square meters), amazes with its very "New York" vintage and industrial furniture, its bright contrasting colors and the many decorative elements of the back and pop art paintings on the walls. It includes 2 large and comfortable leather sofas (2 meters long), a very modern 43 "Panasonic LED TV, hangers, a large wooden and metal table with 6 seats, a well-stocked bookshelf full of books and tourist brochures, a practical console for working at the PC. LED lighting throughout the home.
- SOLARIUM TERRACE
Surrounded by greenery, it has a comfortable sofa with adjoining table and more than a romantic wooden table with 2 chairs to enjoy an intimate candlelit dinner. Illuminated by led lights and steps, it is a comfortable space to spend the fresh summer evenings of Puglia in company. There is also a washing machine, a drying rack and a handy handyman sink.

- Warm house in winter (independent heating) and very cool in summer thanks to an excellent positioning and insulating fixtures. It does not require air conditioners.
- We do not provide breakfast because we are not a B & B but we offer our guests a "surprise" Welcome pack that will amaze you.
- light, water and gas included in the price with the concern to practice an ethical and supportive energy saving.
As you can see, it is an offer practically FULL OPTIONAL AND BEST FOR PRICE. Difficult to find better at this price considering the value, the accessories and the square footage of this property.
Guest access
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the basement of my house, the terrace and the gate for the entire period they wish.
Interaction with guests
My son Fabio will personally welcome my guests at their check in and will take care of their stay at our house.
Also living in the same property, will always be available to them via watsup or telephone or airbnb mail for any help or information.

- An accurate internal regulation is present within the house and complete observance is required.
- In compliance with the legal obligations, upon arrival you will have to sign a tourist lease contract and provide the identification documents for each of the occupants in order to transmit them to the competent Authorities.
