Great location

We stayed over half term week. The location is fantastic, very close, 5min walk to gondola in ski boots! Balcony looks out onto the square, where events happed most nights, we had a great view. Quiet after 9pm and sound proofing between apartments was good. My husband and I slept on the fold out couch, which was comfy, but a little squeaky. The apartment is bijou but perfectly functional, we cooked most nights using the hobs, but there is also a small oven and microwave. The only real downside was an issue with the drains in the bathroom. they must have some sort of blockage as they were giving off an unpleasant smell - we did report it, so hopefully it will be resolved. My youngest daughter also found the top bunk extremely hot and we needed to open the patio door several nights to cool it down, the heat did seem to accumulate in that space. However, overall we had a great stay.

C’est malheureusement la première fois que nous sommes à ce point déçus, tant sur la propreté que sur le confort du logement.Le seul point positif à relever est la localisation de l’appartement, très proche des pistes.À notre arrivée, après plus de 10 heures de route, nous avons validé le check-in rapidement afin de pouvoir nous installer sans prendre le temps de vérifier chaque point en détail. Une fois dans l’appartement, plusieurs problèmes sont apparus :• Une odeur très désagréable dans le logement • Un manque évident de propreté : • présence de poils sur le plan de travail et sur la porte du lave-vaisselle • une éponge sale laissée dans les toilettes • un rouleau de papier toilette vide • une housse de canapé tachée • de la poussière sur les tables de nuit • des portes de placard et une table grasses • Le placard au-dessus de la hotte dont les plaques tombaient à l’ouverture (j’ai moi-même réussi à les reclipser) • Des problèmes d’évacuation d’eau : la douche s’écoule très mal et, lorsque le lave-vaisselle fonctionne, des bulles remontent dans l’évier de la salle de bain• Un détecteur de lumière des parties communes dans l’appartementEnfin, le point le plus problématique concerne le canapé-lit. Le matelas est dans un état très vétuste : il grince au moindre mouvement, est totalement affaissé et extrêmement inconfortable. On sent clairement les ressorts, ce qui rend le couchage très
