Motor access to 100 m from the house. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Lugano" 10 km, pebble beach "Albogasio" 1.5 km (small), grass beach "Porlezza" 9 km. Marina 1.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 19 km, surf school 9 km, riding stable 9 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Lugano, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Villa Balbianello-Lenno, Menaggio, Como.
