A good, central location, but sorry... that's where it ends. This property needs repairs and updating. The furniture is old and stained; a rock-hard bed and uncomfortable pull-out; an ancient TV/monitor that cuts in and out; old, noisy kitchen appliances; broken lights and blinds; a rusting, hazardously slippery tub, and more.
This is a wonderful property! I would be eager to stay here next time I'm back in the city. The location and neighbourhood is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better home base while in Vancouver.
Nice place it was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. Walkable and safe neighborhood. Gated underground parking. Good coffee shops near by.
Great location, parking, and communication with management team however furniture was well worn and stained, tub had a stain, and appliances and fixtures were very dated
Excellent location! Quiet enough area to have open windows overnight. Secure parking area. Easy access to bike and walking paths. I would definitely stay there again.
The location was amazing. Steps to water taxi and all sights. Unit was clean. Blinds were broken and AC did not work efficiently so it was quite hot to sleep.
Property was in a great location- across from Granville Island. And very walkable to downtown - Gastown, Yaletown. Beaches, Canada Place (free shuttles to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, and cruise terminal) and more.
Two nights, we walked to Kitsilano and ate at a cheap eat - Cockney King Fish and Chips, and a Michelin One Star and 10th best restaurant in Canada - Anna Lena.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Vancouver.
The location and security for this property is the biggest selling point! It is not even a 1/2 block to the waterbus taxi to explore a large portion of Vancouver and you can take a nice beach path walk to Stanley Park. I loved this location!
The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had most of what you need, and the living space is adequate for our on-the-go expectations.
The only drawback is no A/C. The condo gets very hot with the afternoon sun. We opened windows to cool off at night but there are no screens, so bugs come in. If there is no breeze, it does not cool off enough at night. Additional fans would help circulate the air if A/C is not possible.
