Room service is excellent. Broken door chain lock was repaired, 15 minutes after reported to the front desk. Enough space for guests' cars to park. Will stay again.

I was surpised. This is s very nice hotel. Their continental breakfast was actually a full breakfast. Sausage, hard boiled eggs, pancakes and pastries. Juice and coffee.

It’s not the first time I stay there. Don’t let the location scare you away. The service is excellent and the rooms are super clean and cozy.

Here’s a draft you could use (about 75 words): --- I stayed here recently with my toddler and unfortunately had a poor experience. The breakfast options were extremely limited and not toddler-friendly, which made mornings stressful. Staff interactions were disappointing — instead of being helpful, they often came across as rude. While the location is decent and the rooms are okay for the price, the lack of courtesy and basic comforts made the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel for families seeking a comfortable experience.

I recently stayed at day inn Surrey While the first day was fine, I was very disappointed with my experience on the second day. One of the night shift staff members spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional way, which made me feel uncomfortable. I also noticed that the same staff member was much more polite and friendly with another customer, which felt unfair and disappointing. I hope the management can look into this issue and ensure all guests are treated with the same respect.
