It was an older property, but very clean and the front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. Bonus in that it was very walkable with luggage to the port to catch our cruise.

It was a good basic hotel near embarkation area. The breakfast was not what I expected. Just a bunch of blah carbs. No sausage; no bacon. Not good for low carb diets. But the location makes up for the breakfast. Plenty of other options in the area for a good breakfast.

This is a very old hotel, it has a strange layout on the floors. It may have been an office building once. It has one rickety elevator that broke down trapping guests when we were there. Luckily they got it fixed before we had to walk up and down the 5 flights of stairs to our room more than once. The halls are dark and dingy, our room was small with an old AC/Heat unit that was noisy. The mattresses are cheap, if you got to close to the edge, you could roll off. The finish is coming off the shower floor. There is a window between the bathroom and bedroom. It has a blind that had black stains and repair tape that is coming off. Small vanity. Breakfast was ok, it was in the basement. We've stayed at many hotels from this chain and this is not what we've come to expect. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very basic and dated hotel

Very dated hotel. Room was very dark. Only a small window. Amenities were bare. Breakfast very basic. Got stuck in elevator for 45 mins.

The hotel is quite small, and the rooms are definitely compact, which may not suit everyone. However, it’s located in the downtown area, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. If you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep while exploring the city, the location is convenient, though the comfort level is basic.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing stay. The hotel was not clean, especially the common areas and the room itself. The rooms are extremely small — much smaller than expected, with barely enough space to move around. The breakfast was honestly terrible: very limited options, poor quality, and not fresh at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient, close to everything. Definitely not worth the price.

Sorry to say was not impressed, did not look like website. Elevator was small and slow, there was only one. Breakfast was not what was advertised. Basically muffins, bread, cold boiled eggs, make your own waffles. They even ran out of bread for toast. The laundry facilities was awful.
