Getting the airport shuttle to pick me up at the airport was a nightmare. I called ahead of time to make sure I had all of the details correct. I went to the correct location and called to let them know I was there, per their instructions. I verified exactly where I was and the receptionist said, "don't worry he will find you and he will be there in 3 minutes." I waited about 20 minutes and he never showed. I called again and she said she would call the driver to see where he was. I never heard back so I called yet again and she said he was in the wrong spot and thought I was upstairs???! Even though I had confirmed I was in the correct location during my first call. He finally showed up 45 minutes later. I understand the shuttle is free, but waiting 45 minutes when I was quoted 3 minutes and the fact that I had to call REPEATEDLY is not acceptable. No one apologized or anything either. I missed breakfast that day at the hotel due to their delays and I was conveniently scheduled before breakfast to return to the airport, even though I asked for a later time. The return to the airport was messed up as well. I checked out of the hotel and told the receptionist that I would be outside waiting at the shuttle. The driver finally comes out and said they had been calling my room looking for me. Horrible shuttle service. Hotel was fine otherwise. Would not stay here again.
