First of all, let me review the Air Canada flights from Ottawa to Vancouver and Vancouver to Ottawa. The Asian flight attendants were so rude. All their responses were in an arrogant manner. They had no decency in addressing the issues I had. The service was terrible. The in flight entertainment system was not working. Those Asian flight attendants should be kicked out of their jobs. It’s typical stinky Asian mentality. Now to the hotel. It was so dirty. There was no charging point in the main living room area. The bathroom door looked like a 1950s door and broken. The heater was not working. Once again, a run down garbage hotel managed by disgusting Asians.

Lovely and clean room, and the staff member who checked us in was very warm and friendly. We did find the bed a bit uncomfortable, unfortunately.
