Aircraft spotters book now.

So the staff were very friendly, room clean but antiquated. .....but OH MY WORD.... 6am-11.30pm aircraft around 300 feet pass over, close to hotel...... ....and "No Gluten free food".... Zero planning for future "care" of allergies. For a one night stay, close to the airport.... great..... for any other reason. Do other planning.....

Disappointing Lack of Late Checkout at an Airport

It’s surprising that this hotel doesn’t offer late checkout—even for an additional fee. Being an airport hotel, you’d expect more flexibility, especially since many guests have flights at odd hours. It’s a basic service that would make a big difference for travelers.

I had stayed at this hotel before, which is why I chose it for a 10 day visit. This time it was very disappointing. The ice machine was broken for almost the entire stay. The swimming pool was broken for four or five days. And the hot tub was often so dirty and it smelled. I voiced my concerns to the front desk on more than one occasion about the state of the pool and hot tub, but nobody seemed concerned. When we booked the hotel, we needed a room for three people. And it had to be a quiet room because my daughter is ill and needed quiet. The room that they gave us was so loud that we had to change rooms and pay $15 a day for a cot for our daughter. We paid over $3800 for 10 days at this hotel. We were planning on extending our stay but we have since checked out and moved to another hotel. I would advise people to stay away from this hotel unless they have no other choice. I hope the organization that oversees hotels does a surprise inspection soon because this hotel does not meet minimum health standards.

We liked we were able to check in early for a very small fee. Everything was great with our room. The bed was wonderful in our very quiet room. Also, nice to have blackout blinds. Good, basic breakfast in the lobby. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area Desk staff were okay, not very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
