Gorgeous property with fabulous associates. We enjoyed being able to walk around and see some of the sites then did the Hop On Hop Off bus and visited many more fantastic areas.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Our stay was AMAZING!!! We had a room with the view of the waterfront. The room was clean and spacious. The King size bed was incredibly comfortable including the pillows. Which most times hotel pillows are just okay these were splendid. Service all around from the time we checked in and out was excellent the people were just friendly and super efficient.

It's hard to explain my room having a large window on a sunny day and still feeling dark and gloomy inside. The dark color carpets didn't help. My bathroom has spider webs at the door, I'm a tall guy so when I walked in it's the first thing I saw . I thought getting a hotel on the waterfront would be the best but it was the worst experience at a hotel in downtown Vancouver to date .Not clean, I could only charge my phone on one side of the bed and the phone right next to the bed was disconnected I had to get up and use the other phone to call front desk. It's like nobody checked and cleaned the room before I checked in.

I especially recommend this hotel for boarding the a cruise off that port. I flew into Vancouver a few days prior to embarkation. Pan Pacific made my embarkation so pleasantly easy. I had my mother with her injured arm...and i was already dreading the process of pushing suit cases in line. The staff and their service is top notch. They are by far the most genuine and friendly folks I've had the pleasure to meet.

The check in was slow, but understandable as there were large groups checking out. For having to wait so long, the staff gifted us free breakfast. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy to get to the hotel via rideshare. Friendly and easy to talk with staff. Great bell service and very informative. Room is great. Quiet and good overall. The only issue is tv channel options. Would have liked a Netflix option but is not a deal breaker.

To my shock and bewilderment I received a parking ticket by the time I finished checking in and got to the room, which is ridiculous! Shouldn’t they allow extra time for the guests to get accommodated in the hotel? My ticket was bought with a half an hour delay!

Excellent service from the time we got checked in. We were able to check in early which was a huge help for us and we got upgraded to an ocean view as a surprise for my daughter. It was a wonderful experience for us, just not long enough. We will be back!
