Third time I've stayed at this property - and it does not disappoint. The rooms are great and very quiet. The staff is excellent with friendly, efficient and amazing customer service. The Karma Lounge is fun to hang out in with great drinks and food. The Halloween decorations were a plus for this trip in the Karma Lounge. Bar tenders and servers are always great!

Overall our stay was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, on the last day during breakfast, my wife found a piece of broken plate in her food. That was disappointing and upsetting. Other than that, the service and hospitality were excellent.
