My husband and I stayed here for a month and it was perfect for us. It was close to everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Overall a nice easy stay!
Itâs been the perfect longterm stay in Vancouver while taking care of family business and traveling with friends and family. My cat has thoroughly enjoyed running from a bedroom window to the larger living room window, excited to see squirrels, bunnies, birds, and people walking down the street. Itâs been super convenient to anything and everything one could possibly want or need.
Comfy and cozy place. Any issues we had early on were quickly resolved. Communication with the host was easy & they were very accommodating. Location is in a quiet & safe neighborhood. There isnât much storage space for personal belongings and that was a bit tricky for our longer stay.
My husband and I stayed here with our cat for about 2 weeks. We are originally from the area so we wanted to stay near Fisher's Landing. The house was perfect for us; two bedrooms, laundry and a comfy living room. It has a great park behind it and is right down the street from Safeway as well as places to eat. Very easy access from the freeway being off of Mill Plain. Contact with the host, check in and check out were all easy and stress free.
This was a great spot for us as we spent the Holidays with friends and family. Convenient to the 205 corridor, all shops and conveniences were nearby. Lana has a clean and well equipped place that was super comfortable for us. The full kitchen was perfect as I cooked and baked for the many get-togethers. I wasnât sure what equipment would be available, so I brought a bunch of stuff from home. I was pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfy and bathroom also very well equipped with products, blow dryer, etc. Lana was a great hostess and communication was easy and she was responsive and flexible. Thanks for a great stay!
More appropriate for short stays, overall nice place
I stayed here for an extended time of 4 months. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The best parts were the location and how quiet the neighborhood is. There is a lovely park behind the house that is a great place for a walk anytime of day.
However, if you need a soft(er) bed or have a lot of stuff with you while traveling, I suggest looking elsewhere. The beds were both very hard and there was not much room to store things if you are going to be there a while. If you are a night shift worker I suggest bringing your own black-out curtains, as the curtains in the rooms barely block any light. This unit shares trash and recycling with the tenants in the other unit of the house and could get full quickly. It was also never clear when the trash/recycling gets picked up. The entrance to this unit is on the side of the house so be prepared to have packages and such delivered to the main front door. The fireplace was very nice but was only able to be used twice because there was nothing to clean it with and there was quite a bit of ashes from previous stays.
