I almost never leave negative reviews, but this place was the worst. It was filthy and literally moldy. If it hadn’t been the middle of the night after a long drive, I would have left right away after seeing the room. The Expedia listing was completely misleading. I will never stay in another Quality Inn.

Awesome stay in Hazel Del

I loved it as always. The breakfast is the bomb. Pool & hot tub very nicely maintaned. Surprisingly the location is more quite & private then you would think it would be. Been a guest of & on for the last 5 years.

Very dirty, very cheap, and horrible smell.

Very dirty… very dirty, ad is misleading… when you walk in, the smell is the first thing that greets you… it reminded me of a very cheap motel I once stayed in… at best, it’s a cheap motel… but it’s not cheap at all. I cancelled my second nigh and reserved a better room at Hyatt house for cheaper… and what a difference.

Highlights were the great outdoor pool/hot tub and delicious breakfast. The entire building, including the room, was stinky and dated, but the room was really clean. The lobby was inviting with cookies and mints, but my husband went down to the lobby a couple of times in the evening and couldn’t find anyone at the desk. Definitely not luxurious, but it did the job and we’d probably stay there again.

This place is just ok. The rooms are very dated, tired and minimal amenities. I stayed twice in one week. First time for 3 days, second time was just one night. Second time the floor in room was not clean and the door did not close & lock tightly in the door frame. Both times it was very noisy.

Great stay. The hot tub and sauna was in building A, so if you want to use that, it's best to request a room in that building otherwise you need to travel a bit far.

While the place had cool amenities like kitchen, pool and hot tub, it seemed very unsanitary. Green water, blood on the floor and random little hairs everywhere. The staff was not rude just dismissive especially when we got locked out of our room multiple times due to some sort of key card malfunctions. I did like how the place had played and cups and pots and pans.

Personal belongings not protected

During our stay someone gained access to our room and went through some of our stuff. Cash was stolen from my wallet and my debit/credit cards were rearranged and may have had information copied. Staff was unhelpful with this issue.
