This was the beginning of our cruise trip and this was the perfect hotel. The staff was amazing. The hotel was fabulous. We loved our walk around the hotel. Our dinner at Chop house was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and it was the majority due to the amazing staff members.

Horrible hotel.

Horrible cleanses. Hair found in bathtub and stays there for the full stay. Water sound unstopped makes you can’t sleep. Smells in room and hallway. Won’t stay agajn

It was a hot day for Vancouver . The smell of the cleaning fragrance in the room was over powering in the heat because the AC in the room was off. it took a long time for the room to cool enough to be comfortable. When it got comfortable enough to sleep I was woken up by what sounded like a banging door but which I figured out came from the AC every time it started and stopped. I got very little sleep because of the noise of the AC banging. Luckily it was only one night.

Had to ask the front desk for a tooth brush and tooth paste and they said they "had to order it." It was in the room by the time we came back for the evening, but my family bought some when we were out cause we didn't know when to expect the items. Also, we weren't provided enough towels after house keeping was in the room. Our room can fit four people and they would only give 2 big towels.
