Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had to make an extra reservation at the last minute but they worked it out so that I could stay in the same room for my whole trip. They were very quick with the adjustment! The breakfast service was fantastic and I enjoyed the meal.

Beautiful property. Staff was excellent. Train in the bathroom would not drain. I asked them to repair it. They said they would. It was no better. Also, when my son was looking for a towel after his shower, he pulled out a towel that looked as though somebody threw up on it, folded up and neatly put it back. Surprise!

I like the heated pool and jacuzzi. You have to request for certain things. The housekeeper asks you to check out soon as needs to clean it now even if there is still an hour before checking out.
