The location is superb! It is smack dab in the middle of where you want to be. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room had everything we needed and more! I feel a little silly because I used to live in Vancouver but I never noticed this awesome little hotel. The restaurant & bar attached were fantastic too!

Room was spotless and in a perfect location in centralized in downtown Van. Easy walk to shopping and dining. Parking is secured under the building but you have to check in first and get your room key for access. Super friendly front desk staff at all hours and housekeeping were also friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend! Coffee shop attached to the lobby is good but dozens of other options abound nearby like Starbucks and Breka a block away. Burgoo restaurant on the corner is pretty tasty too! Not like your typical HIE or Hampton Inn, but it’s a comfy room and bathroom to call your own when done exploring Van.

I just don’t think it’s worth it for the price at all. When we checked in the girl at the counter had an attitude even tho we are just checking in. No smiles, welcome or greetings. We checked in late around 10pm on the 10th Feb. All of the other staff after were really nice and helpful. But the hotel itself wasn’t worth in, it smells so bad like MOLD. That was really the main issue. Plus the charge us $25 a night for pets and $30 dollars a night for just parking and tax…
