house with modern interior design with garden with a large living room, 2 bedrooms located in the heart of the historic center in the immediate vicinity of the market, the ramparts and its gardens of great beauty, just 200m from the marina and from its cafe terraces. you will be quiet "in the countryside" while being in the intramural, the center of many summer festivities (jazz festival, folk festivals, fireworks etc.) and close to beaches.

house of 90 m2 with access from the garden of 100m2 closed walls very well oriented and sunny.
illuminated garden with fountain and pond (lotus / water lilies), arranged to be able to take one's meals and to make barbecues under a magnificent fig tree.

you have the whole house with:
- A living room-dining room design including a modern kitchen with fully equipped island.
- a first modern bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people and a large wardrobe.
