I chose the hotel because check out was only at 12am. I had already traveled for 13 hours and was hoping to get some sleep but the hotel had a construction site starting at 7am. I understand that renovations are being done but they should inform the customers. Also the kitchen was closed when I arrived at the hotel even though it should have been open according to the schedule. Really bad service!

Ihan ensimmäiseksi oli iso asfaltti työ sille että ei pääsee lähelle hotelli, toki nämä ei ole hotellin vika, mutta tähän meni noin tunti sitten kun pääsen hotelliin sain ensin väärät avaimet, sitten kävin niin että se huone mitä oli annettu oli varattu, eli avaisin oven ja sielläoli toiset porukka sisälle, kävin uudestaan respan ja saimme sitten toinen huonee, kaikki nämä kesti yli tunnin ja kahden lasten kanssa myöhä illalla nämä ei ollut kiva kokemus, aamulla 7.30 joku sitten avasi meidän huone ovi ja laittoi kyllä nopeasti kiinni, ilmoitin vielä ennen lähtöä kaikkien nämä ja pyysin pieni korvaus, enkä ole kuulunut mitään hotellilta!
