Great apartment in a great resort

Great apartment in a good location - away from the crowds but not far from the sea or town center or supermarket. The neighborhood is nice and you have access to the restricted parking area. The apartment itself is clean, has plenty of space, and everything is thought through to have a relaxing vacation. The host is so nice and accommodating, we highly recommend to stay here!

Great spot, safe and vibrante community!

Our stay was wonderful! Jose was very nice, met us at the building’s entrance and showed us the apartment. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk on very well maintained sidewalks (compared to Canada!). It was a very nice place to spend our first time in Spain!

Jose was very helpful and made us feel very welcome

Great location with short walk to the beach, 3 to 4 minutes walk. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep and only a 5 to 6 minutes walk to the the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants. Pool was unfortunately being refurbished during our stay but looks like it will be great when finished. Good view of the pool from seventh floor balcony.

Insgesamt gesehen haben wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Monat Mai in dieser Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung verbracht. José und seine Frau Ana haben uns freundlich empfangen, uns die Wohnung gezeigt und alle Fragen beantwortet und waren während des gesamten Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar und unterstützten uns auch bei speziellen Angelegenheiten. Für vier Personen (meine Frau, meine Tochter mit Freund und ich) war genügend Platz, die zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer wären eher für Kinder geeignet, haben wir ab er nicht gebraucht. Gut ist, dass man die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Rolläden abdunkeln kann. Schlecht ist, dass man bei offenen Fenstern nachts die Müllabfuhr hört. Das ist aber ein spanienweites Problem, für das der Vermieter nichts kann. Vielleicht könnte man mal das Besteck erneuern und die Badewanen -und Duschbatterie ersetzen, aber das hat einem wunderschönen Monat in dieser Wohnung im 7. Stock keinen Abbruch getan. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit in Ihrer Wohnung. Auch das Angebot, mich mit meinem Gepäck zum Busbahnhof zu fahren, ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Wohlfühloase

Wir durften diese Wohnung 7 Wochen genießen und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man benötigt und mehr. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell in der Stadt und schnell an der Promenade. Jose hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns alles gezeigt, was man wissen muss. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Estupendas vacaciones

Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas, la ubicación del apartamento es excelente, a unos 300 m. de la playa, las instalaciones de la urbanización están muy bien, con una piscina espectacular y con todos los servicios necesarios alrededor (supermercados, farmacia, tiendas, oferta de restauración, etc). Destacar la limpieza del piso y la atención y cercanía de Pepe y su esposa. Cómo única pega: el mobiliario anticuado y escasez de menaje (cocina, ropa de cama y toallas).

Die Kommunikation u d der Ablauf mit Jose verlief sehr reibungslos und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kinder dort. Sehr nahe Strandlage. Umgebung sehr schön. Jose und seine Frau waren sehr nett und vor allem in der Kommunikation sehr schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wspaniałe miejsce, apartament i gospodarz!

Spędziliśmy tam z żoną i synem cały kwiecień i były to wspaniałe wakacje. Nasz gospodarz Hose był przemiły i bardzo pomocny. Apartament był bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony, z pięknym widokiem z tarasu na góry, miasteczko i nawet kawałek morza :). Okolica cicha i spokojna, dookoła wszystko co potrzebne, od sklepów, marketów przez restauracje i usługi. Bardzo blisko morza i plaży z bardzo dobrą infrastrukturą i mnóstwem placów zabaw dla dzieci. Świetny internet. Bardzo dziękujemy i na pewno jeszcze wrócimy!

Excellent location

The apartment had every thing we needed for our monthly stay, the balcony had the sun from 9.00am till 6.00pm which we enjoyed most days, Jose +Ana were excellent hosts and we would definitely return , the location was good only 5 minutes from the beach and a lovely promenade ,this is our first time in Torre del mar a really great place and if we ever want to return to the Costa del Sol we would definitely come back to Jose + Ana's apartment.

Great Welcome Beautiful Spanish apartment

Jose the owner of the apartment looked after us by communicating with us from us finding the property, asking for info, even though he speaks a little English and we spoke no Spanish he managed to contact us and we translated each others... We booked when Covid was around no problem cancelling and moving dates on the booking was easy and had no issues Thanks Jose.. His apartment was to me spacious, with a Spanish warm ambiance to it there was nothing we didnt have and it waS fresh and clean.. Loved everything about it.. If there was anything that maybe needs updating I would say the TV and the Iron but what we had was ok.. The pool closes September which when we booked we were not aware of but the beach made up for that 5 mins walk beautiful area definitely back next year again 10 out of 10 Jose beautiful man and so welcoming.. Good location in Torre del Mar

The pictures on VRBO are an accurate description of the property, the location is very good for the town itself and central to get very easily by bus or car to Malaga one way or Nerja the other way and other towns in between which are all worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when traveling in that area

Location très bien située. Près de la plage et à proximité du centre ville.

Location très agréable. Le descriptif et les photos correspondent à la réalité. La plage et le centre ville sont à proximité. Tout peut se faire à pied. Stationnement du véhicule en zone privée ce qui n'est pas négligeable en ville. Un aspirateur serait un plus pour le ménage. Malgré la barrière de la langue, excellent contact avec le propriétaire.
