The Venice Retreat is a spacious fully modern home which has been lovingly designed and furnished with your comfort in mind. This home is 1650sq ft single-story and has a split bedroom layout with access to the back lanai/pool area from multiple sliding doors and 2nd bathroom.There is LOTS of natural light thanks to the large sliding doors and windows throughout and a NEW AC system to keep everyone cool and comfortable! Also all bedrooms have quality ‘hybrid’ mattresses/sheets/linens/pillows for your comfort. The lanai has plenty of outdoor furniture and a 5 burner grill!
BEDROOM LAYOUT
#1 MASTER. This room has a king sized bed and a 60” wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment. The king mattress has a plush top and quite comfortable. There is a his/her closet with plenty of hangers and storage space. You will find a pack and play and highchair in this area and 1 queen sized blow up mattress. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower.
#2 BEDROOM. This room has a king size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. There is a 55” smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment There is a dedicated desk and chair in the corner.
#3 BEDROOM. This room has 2 sets of bunk beds and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. There is a 55” smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment.
BATHROOMS
#1 MASTER. There is a double sink vanity and a tub/shower. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc.
#2 MAIN. There is a single sink vanity and a standing shower. The lanai/pool area can be accessed directly from the bathroom which is super convenient! All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc
LIVING ROOM
The living room area has a BRAND NEW large sectional and a full sized pull out sleeper sofa. You will find a variety of games in the TV cabinet. Additionally there is a 60” wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix provided for your enjoyment.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
Fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. The dining area accommodates 10 with six dining chairs and four barstools for countertop seating. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is available in the kitchen.
LANAI/POOL AREA
There is an outdoor seating area 2 loungers and a propane grill. The pool is 6.5 feet deep at the deep end. It is heated 11/01-04/01 and water temp is maintained at 85* degrees. Water temp is subject to weather and may vary due to lack of sunshine/inclement weather/cold snaps/power outages and acts of God such as hurricanes. The propane grill is available to use at no additional fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after themselves.
GARAGE
The garage has a pool table, foosball table, and multiple bicycles for your use. The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen/garage area. Laundry detergent pods are provided. Additionally, you will find beach equipment, such as 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, life jackets, misc pool floaties/noodles, and cooler.
PARKING
The driveway is oversized and can accommodate 4 vehicles or trailers. No parking on the grass.
PET POLICY
This property is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs under 20lbs. The pet fee is $100 per stay. If you are traveling with larger breeds please reach out to see if we can accommodate. Guests are 100% responsible for any/all damage caused by their pets. Please cleanup after your pets!
OCCUPANCY
This property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and we CAN accommodate 12 guests quite easily with 1 queen sized blowup mattresses that we provide. Extra linens, blankets, and pillows will be provided as well. Please ask if you have any questions about accommodations for your group.
