Ca’ Nal est un palazzo du XIXĂšme siĂšcle situĂ© en plein coeur de Venise, sur les Mazarie. À quelques pas du pont du Rialto et de S. Marco sur le pont historique dei Bareteri.
Cinqs appartements luxurieux plein de charme et de caractÚre qui offrent des sols en terrazzo ancien, présentant des fresques ou des plafonds aux poutres antiques apparentes, et une vue splendide.

Alberta est une propriétaire avenante et présente, et l'immeuble entiÚrement refait à neuf est impeccablement propre. S'y ajoute le charme du vieux. Je recommande.

Bel appartement Pres de San Marco et du Rialto

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, l'appartement Sandolo est trÚs bien placé tout prÚs du Rialto et de San Marco. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et confortable (récemment rénové) avec vue sur un petit canal (d'une des chambres) et sur les toits de la basilique San Marco (de la chambre à l'étage). Les marches pour arriver à l'appartement ne sont pas trop dures (une personne de 80 ans - en forme - a pu les monter!) Alberta est venue nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau, c'est trÚs appréciable! Je ne conseille pas forcément de prendre la navette Alilaguna pour l'aéroport (ligne Orange) sauf en période creuse (en Novembre?) car le bateau est petit et le risque est grand de voir passer plusieurs bateaux avant de pouvoir monter. Je recommande cet appartement.

Amazing Property

Our family loved this property in Venice. It is exactly as pictured-actually better. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was easy. The owners representative, Mr Bagdash was very helpful and informative. He met us at the water taxi drop off and guided us the short distance to the property. His friendly smile was a warm welcome and once in the apartment he gave a quick explanation of how to operate everything and was on his way. My family highly recommends this rental and hope to return some day.

Great Location

The host from this rental was above and beyond when assisting us with checkin. We had issues with the private taxi I had reserved and didn't get to Rialto till 2 hrs past our predicted time. She stayed in contact and then was so gracious to meet us at Taxi drop off and guide us to the apartment. We were so worn out from travel from U.S. that this truly made a big difference for us. Now for the apartment, it was perfect well stocked and extremly clean with nice large kitchen table. There was 6 adults in our party. We were all very comfortable and the beds were comfy as well. Good pillows and linens. If you rent a private taxi I would suggest asking to be taken to Splendid Hotel that is less than a block from apartment. Has a small washing machine that worked great. A drying rack is in the apartment for drying your cloths. The only draw back for this rental is there are 63 steps to get to it. So I took a break between flights and this 67 yr old lazy woman made it to door. Now the younger adults in the family used it as a stair master to keep up on their workouts. Thanks again to our wonderful host.

Excellent stay

Family of 6 with ski gear on tow. Luggage came late and Alberta made sure it got into the building. Stairs and steep and real..be forewarned. Also in the middle of the bustle which is great if that’s what you want. Quiet at night.

A great place to stay in Venice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment in the center of everything in Venice. There are loads of shops and restaurants nearby, and the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square are just a few minutes’ walk. The apartment is well furnished and spotlessly clean. Alberta was wonderful and met us at a nearby water taxi dock, then escorted us to the apartment and gave us a very thorough briefing. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations. The only proviso would be for people with mobility issues. The apartment is located up a few flights of stairs, and the bedroom with the ensuite bath requires climbing some narrow, steep stairs. We had no problem with it at all, but something to think about depending on your mobility.

The apartment was beautiful and the proprietor was very hospitable. The stairs within the building were tight and a little tricky with larger bags and the unit is up several floors. However, without bags in tow, usual journeys were not an issue. The apartment is located in a great place within Venice, within a short walk of most major attractions and the vaporetto system is nearby as well.

Wonderful gem of a spot in Venice!

GREAT location, central to everywhere we wanted to visit. With three bedrooms (with splitable beds), the layout was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. AC worked great in all rooms. Lovely views from the 3rd floor and the stairs weren't terrible - just need to pack light! Alberta was wonderfully accommodating to our slightly early check-in and slightly late check out (we were able to meet her and store our bags while cleaners were there). We would stay there again!

Place was very nice and clean, Alberta met us right at our water taxi and walked us to the apartment. Steps were tough but it worked. The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to see and do. Not really much canal view unless you hung out the window. Perfect Stay with Canal Views!!

We totally loved this spacious, immaculate , 3 bedroom apartment with our 3 granddaughters! It has old Venetian charm with its high ceilings, beautiful wooden beams and antiques. If you are looking for an apartment with views of gondolas on the canal, shops and restaurants all around, a 3 min walk to St. Mark’s Square and the famous Rialto Bridge, don’t look any further, this is your place to stay! Alberta was a gracious host. She met us as we arrived and took us to the apartment explaining so much about the area. This property helped make our visit to Venice spectacular!! And yes, it’s the apartment on the top floor, but the steps set the mood of the style, plus we made it fun and great exercise!

Right in the middle of Venice!

This apartment was amazing!! It’s has the old Venetian charm with high wooden beam ceilings, antique furnishings, wooden shutters; but yet, 2 beautiful modern, marble bathrooms. So clean and stocked with kitchen supplies and toiletries. Looking out the windows at the gondolas in the canal was fascinating! The location is perfect to everywhere you want to go. Amazing apartment!

Wow it’s so much prettier than the pictures! Stayed with our children and everyone loved it. Alberta was so lovely and the location is right near restaurants and shops and gondolas. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The place was amazing and the host was outstanding. I will request the same place when I go back. We had a nice leg workout going up and down the stairs but that was part of the fun. The views out the windows were unbelievable and the location was right in the heart of Venice. 5 Stars!

Wonderful

We had a great stay. Property was really nice, authentic, and the location was awesome. You can watch the gondolas go by from the windows and there are endless places to eat nearby. Alberta couldn’t have been more helpful. All round just a great stay. There are a lot of stairs so not ideal for everyone, but if that’s not a problem for you, then I highly recommend.

Great Location and Apt

This apt was perfect for our time in Venice. So clean and comfortable beds. Convenient location (3 minute walk to Rialto bridge). AC and washing machine was nice to have. Alberta was great to work with and helped arrange water taxi transportation to the airport for us. Felt at home while we were away from home. No elevator, but we didn’t mind all the steps after eating so much Gelato. Teenagers approved the apartment and location as well (which is saying a lot).

Great location and beautiful place!

We took our 4 kids, ages 11-17 and we all loved this place. Alberta met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the place. She knew we would want the large room and separated the beds in the other rooms for the kids. She kept in touch with us prior to our visit which made check in a breeze! Place was very clean and they laid out a towel set for each person on our beds. Nice touch! Central to Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square, minutes walk to each. Also surrounded by shopping and numerous dining, gelato, pizza and pastry options. Ok. This place is on the top floor and you have to walk 3 flights of stairs but none of us had any problem, not even the kids! But trust me, the steps are worth it. Also, we had a view of the canal from our window. Would highly recommend and we will be staying here when we return!

Alberta is AMAZING!!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights for a post cruise stay. Alberta met us at the canal and walked us right in to our apartment style unit. She was very helpful and kind. The place was so clean, well stocked and safe! Great location for getting around Venice.

Great location great apartment.

They warn you about the steps. Take that seriously! Its alot! That being said, the place is great. We had 4 women traveling, more than enough room. Living room really just sits 4 but who is hanging out at the house? It was clean, spacious, and Alberta was great. We really appreciated her meeting us off the waterbus and getting us there and showing us around.
