The location is excellent, right in the heart of Venice and only a few minutes’ walk from Piazza San Marco. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and offered stunning views of both St Mark’s Campanile and the Bridge of Sighs, which made the stay feel truly special. On arrival we were welcomed with complimentary bottle of prosecco, and throughout our stay the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They went the extra mile to provide additional touches when requested, which really added to the experience. Overall, a perfect base for exploring Venice and a hotel I would happily return to.

The hotel was beautiful and located in a great area to access many of the city's iconic attractions. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and assist in making our visit as pleasant as possible. In addition, the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of food options. The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. While water taxis can be pricey, cruising through Venice along the Grand Canal is a spectacular experience that’s well worth it.

Loved this hotel.. BUT when you get to the airport go to the “water taxi” lane and take a boat directly to the hotel which is located on a a canal and has a launch. The water taxi is $180e but well worth the direct trip…. Great area. Will definitely stay here again.
