After an over night flight we got to the hotel at 11:30 only to be told that we had to check in at 3:00. The staff was not concerned at all. No where to relax and sleep but the lobby. Only food was at the bar. Got in the room at 2:30 and immediately had a bad odor. We informed them the next morning of black mold under the sink. They did come and clean and the smell not as bad. The train was close by but wouldn't except our card. The hotel helped us get a taxi with Norwegian Cruise line help. Got to Venice on time for excursion. Nothing close by the hotel for eating options. Expected more from this hotel because Norwegian Cruise line uses them for accomidations.

Hotel is in a great location if you are flying out of Venice Airport. Hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. We arrived by train from Padova. The hotel is on a local train line just 20 minutes (3 stops) from the Venice Mestre station. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms and carpeted hall ways are absolutely due for a significant updating. The room was clean but the bath was showing it's age. The hall carpets should have been replaced last year.

Excellent hotel

This is an excellent hotel. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished. All the staff members were friendly, helpful and professional. The shuttle was great—the driver arrived exactly on time at the airport. We had a few minor issues in the room ( loose cabinet door, safe that wouldn’t unlock) and they were dealt with promptly and resolved. The breakfast buffet was excellent—a big variety of fresh hot and cold foods. The train station was right behind the hotel and only took 5 minutes’ walk to reach. Trains ran frequently and were on time. We would certainly stay her again.

The rhallway and room itself were both not very clean, lights not working, outlets not working and the deadbolt lock on the door was broken. Lots of noise from other rooms as well as the ventilation system in the room which I had to ask to have turned off as it was SO loud I couldn’t sleep… the staff were pleasant and did their best to be accommodating. Shuttle to and from airport is convenient but not worth the other drawbacks IMO

Room was “tired” - rust around bathroom fixtures and grout was stained and didn’t look clean. However staff were great - friendly, helpful and efficient. Our airport shuttle arrived as booked and driver (Salim) was great. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant although wait staff were a little abrupt. But not a big deal.
