Just wow! Out of all four hotels I stayed in Italy this was my favorite, right on one of the canals, classic decor, small, quaint, perfect for me. Perfect location close to St. Marks. I will return here.

The staff is AMAZING - the host is there and guides you so well as he seems to know every street in Venice. The location is good and very close to everything if you walk. The train station is 20 mins away walking, water bus would take you the same amount time and it is located in a quiet street right next to the Rialto Bridge. Do ask for directions before coming as with all the visitors you can easily get lost. Lots of places to eat nearby and easy walk to the water bus provided you have your phone for navigation as there are so many streets and easy to get lost in Venice as a city. This is a family run hotel with 8-10 rooms on one floor and easy access but no elevator but have the option to sit on a chair to go up and down if you need it. It is very Venetian style and cute and loved our stay here. The host and cleaning staff and very sweet and perfect family run place which gave us a unique experience of what locals have living in Venice. Totally recommend it.
I cannot compliment the staff at this hotel enough. They were exceptionally helpful and generous with their time and information. It is a marvelous central location. Yet still quiet enough to sleep in when tired from travel or a day of sightseeing. Many excellent restaurants and shops. A few blocks from the water taxi from the train station. Altogether a most marvelous experience. I will go back and look forward to being taken care of by the wonderful staff again.

The rooms were clean and so tastefully decorated. The staff was wonderful. Their welcome was warm, friendly, they also had ready for us a map and suggestions of places to visit and eat. I don’t remember his name but the receptionist was fantastic! The location is great.
Staff was great and had amazing food recs! They made you feel right at home. I do not speak Italian, but the cleaning lady did a great job and was sweet. Loved the little espresso machine and free waters! Beautiful room, great location.

Room was cleaner than expected from the booking website! Pictures matched the actual rooms— appreciate the accuracy. Management was accommodating, friendly and generous. Location was accessible by at least 2 vaporetto lines but we could also walk to/from the train station if really needed. Location was also relatively accessible by the Alilaguna so that was helpful too upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to others!
Tiziano and Luca Are just AMAZING! We love their kindness, helpfulness, courtesy, and professionalism; both of them are FANTASTIC! Blessings!
Hotel is clean, really enjoyed the coffee (espresso maker), water bottles, and biscuits cookies.
I couldn’t say anything bad about this hotel even if I wanted to. Amazing location with lots of shopping and food options. They even give a list of their personal favorites so it’s like having a local guide before you even leave the hotel room. Complimentary water and prosecco was a great surprise touch. Would definitely re visit this hotel if I ever find myself in Venice again.
Our stay at this hotel in Venice was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet peaceful and charming. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A special thanks to Tiziano at reception, who went above and beyond — he gave us a detailed map with routes to explore Venice while avoiding the crowds, plus fantastic recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Thanks to him, we experienced the real Venice! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city
The hotel was in a good location, exactly like the photos, and very clean. We had the canal view room which was nice to watch out the window. The absolute best part was the service. There was a typed list of area recommendations with a corresponding map. They had taken the time to number and star each location. The concierge was so welcoming and even offered to draw up a walking tour for us. His enthusiasm was so pleasing. There were many guide books of Venice also available. A Nespresso machine, biscotti, and complimentary sparkling wine were beautiful touches. I highly recommend!
