The space was small and in need of some repairs. There was no drinkable water except for the complimentary bottle they give at the beginning of your stay. There was breakfast which is a plus (although i’m unsure if this was free or not). Overall great location.

The staff we dealt with were great help and service. The hotel is a few minutes walking distance from the trains and buses, very convenient. The room was a good size but the mattress was a little bit bigger than the base so the edges of the matress weren't well supported at the extremities, and the mattress was not that comfortable so we did not sleep well. Our bathroom was not in the room it was a few steps away and we had it to ourselves though. But the bathroom needs some clean up and new caulking as there were dark spots in multiple areas of the caulking and grout. And although I could hear the fan working, I don't think it was pulling much or any humidity out of the air.

Ok place to stay. Everything fine in the room Great location and lots of food and leather shops. Just be firm with the immigrants selling tack and say no to roses bracelets and other tack.

Good budget hotel in great location near railway station/bus station/car parking so you don't have to carry lots of luggage across Venice. Very friendly staff, basic breakfast, no aircon but provided fan kept us cool. Vaparettos leave nearby, avoid No2 as it very busy, No1 is often quieter. Nearby Ristorante Roma on the Grand Canal is great for drinks and food. (Place gets bad reviews from people expecting premium canalside tables for a couple of espressos, but those are reserved for diners. It'sa good place.)

One staff member was friendly andb helpful, the other not so much. Room was tiny. Had to leave the room to go another door to access the bathroom. There was a bucket in the hall collecting water from a leak, the carpet was dirty and looked “burned” in another area. Yucky place.

Small boutique hotel. Great location. Staff super friendly and accommodated us with minor details like; extra towels, etc.. Made sure every day we came back to room' it was made and we had a fresh pile of towels and essentitials. super nice staff.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and vaporetto docks. Twin room with my son was nice but the shower temperature was quite temperamental, as was the wifi signal in the 2nd floor. Breakfast buffet was quite basic but plentiful. Good value for the price.
