Es war nicht die gebuchte Unterkunft. Der Vermieter stellt uns ohne zu fragen und informieren eine andere Unterkunft zur verfügung. Erst am Mittag der Anreise sprich 3 - 4 std vor Ankunft haben wir die Information zum Türcode. Dass es eine andere Wohnung war haben wir erst vor Ort gesehen . Hatten auch 2 verschiedene Adressen. Ganz schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wohnung war sehr kalt da die Heizung nicht an war.
