the inside is nice , but the cooking and drink wear is very poor. the skillets need to be done away with, some had rust covering them and not usable. Didn't see any cookie sheets for food prep. If you drink coffee you better bring your own coffee cups , only one real coffee cup and two tea cups. You are giving one towel and one wash cloth which is left on each bed . The TV didn't work and there were three 55 gal drums filled with something on deck where it was hard to get around and tie your boat up, right in the way. If you have anything bigger than a small bay boat you probably need to book another house boat it is very hard to park at.
AC worked perfectly, which was a huge relief after long, hot days out on the water. The place was clean and comfortable, with a great layout for a fishing group. While thereâs no ice maker inside, thereâs a fridge/freezer outside that made it easy to keep fish and drinks cold. Location couldnât be betterâright in the marina with super easy access for boat pick-up. Would definitely stay here again!
The Boat worked great for our group! Surprisingly spacious and a great place to hang out. Perfect jumping off place for fishing adventure! The bunks were a little creaky.
We had a couples trip for our ten year Anniversary. Everyone e was surprised with how big and spacious it was for a houseboat. Beautiful views from the back porch! Perfect location for some days out in the water!
We enjoyed our stay and were Knot Worried about a thing while we were there!! Excellent location, easy access. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the boats come in and out of the marina. You wonât regret staying here.
Loved the location and view. Beds were comfortable. The directions to dock and houseboat are off and we had a hard time finding in the dark. Docks are poorly lit so have flashlights. Our kitchen was not clean - table and counters sticky, glasses dirty, utensils greasy and dusty, no paper towels, and bedrooms smelled musty. We had to wash and clean everything upon arrival. Grill was old with broken handles and rusty grill grates. 2 empty propane tanks and one 1/4 full. No deck chairs or table as in picture. Ice machine not working, dingy, and we had to search around to buy ice. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Only had a 1/2 used bar of soap. Getting in later evening we would have liked to relax and enjoy, not make beds and clean the place. We have stayed in many bad places when hunting so we are not complainers. Just expected what was said in the description.
This gave us exactly what we needed for our fishing trip. Karen was prompt on all communication. The dock can be a little tricky to maneuver around, but overall, this houseboat took great care of us. Cleanliness is only marked down due to this being a fishing property.
