It is a beautiful hotel. Great location. Some of the staff at the reception desk are very nice and a few are downright rude. Rooms can get warm. I got a great Expedia deal so it was worth it for us.

Perfect place in Venice

This hotel is right near the dock that lets you off from the Airport. Walk around the corner and you are there. It is in a quieter part of Venice which is a plus, but you can walk anywhere.

"I had a wonderful stay ! The hotel was beautifully designed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a lovely view. The only minor issue was the limited breakfast options, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure

Exceeded our expectations! Being the first stop from the airport via watertaxi was a huge bonus, the Cannaregio neighborhood is one of the most underrated in Venice. The garden in the back of the hotel is an experience in and of itself, left us speechless, couldn’t believe it when we first walked through. Definitely recommend.
