This Hotel is located right at a Water Bus Stop. Easy to access without rolling your luggage thru the streets. Our room (502) was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a nice garden as well. This location has some great history being a theater where Antonio Vivaldi stated his career 400 years ago. I Would Stay Here Again!

The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The hotel location was great. Close to the water bus for transportation, close to restaurants and shopping area. I found the room to be very small. The beds were too close to the wall with a TV set which I bumped my arm in several times.

Special thanks to the front desk- Marcos! He was extremely patient, resolved my situation with grace and his demeanor was such that has made me calm and helped me to accept the offer from the hotel which was good. Which in other circumstance might have been received differently. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

Lovely place to stay for our break in Venice. Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble especially arranging transfers and water taxis. Very clean, bedding and towels spotless, lovely white dressing gowns provided in the room.Serenaded at breakfast by a young lady playing the violin, very lovely.
