The greeting in service at the front desk was very good and friendly. The room itself was good without any major issues but not as up kept as it would be expected for the price range of the hotel. Location is okay but not the closest of some of the major attractions. Air conditioning was very good as I went in the summer where I was high 90s and very humid so very important. Bedding was comfortable enough. Overall no major issues but would not likely spend as much money here now knowing the level of quality overall period.

We stayed in the suite with a frontal view of the canal. The room was very nice and modern. The AC was great and the best we had compared to the 5 total hotels we used during our trip. The staff was amazing and made you feel welcomed and was very helpful and informative. The roof top bar was nice, the perks the hotel has over to watch glass making was an awesome touch. Overall, this hotel was amazing and we already recommended it to our friends traveling to Venice next year.

The #1 reason for us choosing this hotel was for the convenience of the water taxi transfer from Airport, dropped us right at the hotel’s door. But there is also a water bus that takes you just beside the hotel if you’re looking for a cheaper option. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

We stayed in the junior suite with a view of the canal and it was absolutely beautiful. We let the hotel know we were coming for our 20th wedding anniversary and they put champagne and cookies in our room as well as hearts all over the bed. It was a wonderful gesture.
