Great location! As the listing states, the house is dated. They have a tiny living room (couch only holds 2-3 people) and the dining room holds 6 with very uncomfortable chairs.There is no grill, beach chairs, wine glasses, and minimal kitchen goods. You can easily walk to local restaurants which is great since you won’t be cooking.
