Loved the location of the property. Short walk to the beach and a handful of eateries. Property provided all you will need for your stay. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Glad we found this little gem for the week. The washer and dryer was a great amenity so you can pack light.

Cute beach cottage!

We stayed three days and two nights. Very clean property and very quiet despite its location across from a restaurant parking lot. It is just down the lane from the sand which is a clean and safe beach area. Owner was very responsive. Cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away from home.

Loved everything about this place. Location, size ease of check in were all wonderfully. Only thing that needs work is the cleanliness, there was a previous guest cream left under the bed and the couch has a stains it. I would still stay here again though.

Was a perfect place to stay while visiting friends living in Ventura. The walk to the beach is legit 1 minute and the restaurant 300ft from the apartment was hopping.

The very small accommodations go a very long way. For the instructions as you hit the front door to the very kind thoughtfulness of beach chairs

Stay at the green wall

We enjoyed our stay at the Green Haven Beach House. It was located with short walks to the beach and the shops and restaurants one block away on Seaward. The two king-sized beds were very comfortable and the sofa in the living room served well for our fourth guest. The owner responded well both before our stay and during, when we noticed a leak in the shower head and sluggishness in the toilet flush. This is just our opinion, but we think the living room would be enhanced by removing the artificial green wall and other artificial plants, but understand that those are in keeping with the Greenhaven name. The air conditioner and column fan kept the space comfortable in the heat of the day. The handyman should also secure the toilet paper holder to the wall and repair the bi-fold door in the one bedroom, which were both loose when we arrived. It was an excellent stay, but if we return, we would explore the other half of the duplex that has a large patio with grill and fire ring, we understand. The lack of an outdoor space, except the small table and chairs by the entrance, was unfortunate. Thanks for a great place to stay so close to the beach and restaurants
 and the frozen yogurt stand!

Perfect Location!

This apartment was wonderful for a mid-week, November escape. The apartment is clean & well-appointed; exactly as it appeared in the photos. It's steps to the sand AND to several restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful, and was nearly deserted in November. We can't wait to return!

Cute duplex close to beach

The rental was very cute and cozy. Check in was simple. Beds were comfy. Lovely rental! It did get warm and the tiny portable ac was not able to cool bedrooms but not too bad. I had bedroom window opened at night but neighbors were smoking outside so we had to keep it closed. The one thing we didn't like was the airwicks. I woke up with a migraine not realizing how many there were. There were 3 in the master and 7 in the entire rental. Minor inconvenience but definitely an over kill. We would stay again!

Great stay by the beach

This was a great spot for my son, his friend and me to stay for the week while they surfed and I worked. It has all the basics plus laundry. Vic is very responsive. The location is so close to the beach.

Great location

My teen kids enjoyed the home and how close to the beach it was. Liked the proximity to a good selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and freeway. We enjoyed some lively sunsets at the beach and we lived the fact that the area was very family friendly. We took a short ride to Santa Barbara one day and spent the day antique and thrift shopping. Overall had a very relaxing week.
