The property is 50 m² and consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed for two people and 1 bathroom, all with capacity for 4 people. In addition, the property has a 50 m² private garden with terrace furniture, a small barbecue and beach equipment (sun loungers and parasol).
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning in the living room, standing fan, washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave.
