Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Storeroom available. 2 km long narrow motor access to the house. 50 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house at 50 m. Grocery 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station 4 km, pebble beach "Verceia" 2 km (small). Cycle lane 2 km. Nearby attractions: Chiesa SS Gioacchino e Anna, Tempietto di San Fedelino, LIDO Beach - Novate Mezzola. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Madesimo, Livigno.
