Bed was awful, felt like sleeping on a stone slab. The pillow arched your neck way to much. (Tried them all, all were the same. Not offered a soft and hard for preference.) Then woke by the fire alarm at 8 a.m. no staff to inform us of an issue or accidental false alarm.

Pillows were awful, large and hard. Could feel the springs in the mattress. Both nights was woken up to the neighboring businesses clearing snow, the walls are not sound proof at all. Our second night the key to our room was disabled and after waiting 15 minutes at the front desk for one person to be checked in we gave up and left to deal with it later. Eggs were inedible at breakfast. Although it was slow service the staff were very pleasant and kids enjoyed the pool (although over chlorinated). The room was nice and spacious and we liked the layout.
