What hotel does not have coffee in the morning?? The "Out of Order" sign looked like it had been there awhile. I like to give independent hotel owners a shot when I am traveling alone, my wife refuses for just the experience I had here. I will say everything was clean, but the sky blue walls gave me a little bit of a hospital feel!

The carpet was stained. There were cob webs in the corners. The shower curtain was yellowing. The hvac unit was moldy. The window did not lock. The blankets were scratchy. The sheets were dirty. The front desk attendant was gone. My neighbors were loud. There was vape smoke wafting out into the hallway. The breakfast was gross.

Clean but extremely frugal amenities

The bed was comfortable. The mattress was clean, but the box spring cover looked old and soiled. The blanket was old and worn. The pillows not the greatest. The coffee maker was placed high up in a closet and there was no coffee or cups. There was just one chair in the room. No paper or pen. No phone. Only one half-dollar size soap. One tiny tube of shampoo. Only one roll of toilet paper—no backup roll. One washcloth. Breakfast was cereal or a few pieces of pastry. The hotel had sufficient parking. It appeared to be owned or operated by people from India.

The room had a very limited amount of places to plug in my hearing aid / and Cochlear equipment and my computer lap top. The staff were friendly , but not available. You had to use a phone at the front desk and call them . I do appreciate them as they helped me get my lost piece of personal bag returned or shipped.

Very clean and quiet area. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice, newly renovated bathroom. Great downtown area with fun shops and lots of food choices.

I waited in the lobby for an hour to check in. When I finally got checked in, she refused to give me a receipt, told me to get one from Expedia. There was no elevator, I had to carry all my bags up two flight of stairs. The property was old and rundown.

Filthy and the bed sheets were gross. Water stained ceilings and the bathroom smells sewage gas. The rooms were dark with poor lighting and dark. Too tired and it was last minute booking with no refund.
