A few things: The sofabed had no bedding on it, so we had to go ask and wait while the employees found bedding. When we opened the sofabed, there was some paper garbage in the bed (receipts, etc). When we opened the cupboard, there was an open bag of chips and other food from previous guest. I then went to the gym and there was no cleaner for the equipment, the wipes in the gym room had no cleaning liquid. I have serious doubts about the cleaning protocols of this hotel, I don't think we would stay there again.

The parking area was well lit and felt safe. The staff were courteous and polite. We stayed at this property two years ago when it was newly opened and found it had been well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. I would recommend NOT laundering the bedding with a scented fabric softener as it makes sleeping difficult for those sensitive to scents. Dining has limited afternoon hour but there are many nearby eating establishments so it is not a hardship. This property is pet friendly. Having said that there are NO suitable exterior areas to walk a pet or to allow a pet to relieve itself.

I was supposed this hotel had such good ratings. The door and window let in so much light. It was insanely noisy. The walls were so thing that we could hear our neighbours phone conversation including the person they were talking to! The people partying at the lobby bar sounded like they were partying in our which was at the end of the hall.
