The hotel advertises a pool and hot tub when in reality both are out of service which you only find out at check in. Management is definitely doing the bare minimum. Would not recommend.

Very comfortable

The bed was very comfy. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The only thing that would have been nice is a brighter light when you enter the unit. Because it is on the ground floor we kept the curtains closed so it was very dark. The bedside lights were ok once you were in but a brighter overhead light would have nice. The people in the office were very nice.

There were stains on both beds (pink on one bed, black on the other). The hand towels were also marked black and had to request for new hand towels. The continental breakfast was mediocre.

Staff were friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Toilet seat was loose and floppy. A puddle of water kept appearing on the floor by the door to the bathroom - a leak from somewhere. All in all I would stay again.

They need to make sure everything is working properly before check in. The shower didnt work and there were no glasses for drinking water. Only small cardboard coffee cups. Also had to get the manager to come turn the tv on for us. The staff were very friendly.

We did not check in until after midnight because of our flights, so we had to call and she cam down to the front desk to help us. Not a big deal, but be prepared before you unload your kids from the car and are standing outside for some time. Honestly, for the price, its what you would expect... We were only here to sleep for about 8 hours so not terrible, but its old, rundown and amenities are few.

The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall. The bathtub plug assembly was broken and the tub does hold a bath of water. I reported these deficiencies to the office staff for them to remedy. They were very polite and friendly.

Had fraud commited in january with police file assured that it was not me and everythingnwas fine. I habe stayedntherensince and then just reciently stayed and they treated me and my guest poorly. Very rude, prejudice, rasist and centered me out twice for absolutely nothing. A staff memeber recognized my name and assumed it was me. The searched my room like i was a criminal and were very invasive when checking my room. I was than called down one more time to the office and felt harrased. By than i had had enough, asked for my money for the coming night back, as well as my deposit. They did nothing. Gave me 40 dollars. I am so insulted. I want a refund and iwill not let this go!!

The company has a policy of only cleaning the linens after every third stay. Clean bed linen is something that should never be compromised or limited. Especially in a hotel. We were shocked to see the fluid stains left on the sheets as well as the mattress cover. We were not the only guests that noticed this as we were travelling with a large group. I don't usually post any negative reviews but this was something that has to be addressed. I would not stay at this hotel again. From now on, the laundry policy will be a question that I ask prior to booking. Expedia should also be asking this and having it on the listing for the hotel.
