This house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not use the pool as much as we would have because removing and replacing the cover each time was not easy. The house has a lovely kitchen but it needs some more comfortable furniture and a couple of comfortable chairs for reading as well as reading lamps. Throw rugs were dangerous as they had no rubber backing and the bathrooms could use grab bars as the bathtub was very slippery. The owner was very responsive when the air conditioning wasn't working, and he offered a midstay cleaning as we were renting for 3 weeks.

Vero Beach Family Visit

Came to VB to spend a few days with my two grandchildren. The home at which we stayed was in a quiet neighborhood nicely maintained. The property seems to be managed very well and was very clean and neat when we arrived. Very smooth transaction through Vrbo and our host, Drew, was fantastic.

Excellent House and Location

My family stayed at Drew’s house during a trip to the JRTC. The house and location couldn’t have been better. Drew’s communication and the accuracy of the listing couldn’t be better. Look forward to our next trip to Vero and hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This house worked perfect for our family..loved the large living room. Bedrooms were nice and the children loved the bunkbed bedroom. The house was perfectly cleaned and stocked with everything that you could need. The pool, right outside the back door was a big hit! Location and neighborhood was perfect! Would book this home again!

Awesome!

The host is very responsive and accommodating We enjoyed our stay the beds where very comfortable, plenty of space for 7 and two babies , the pool was nice to come home too after a day of play, would definitely stay here again. I give it a 9 out of 10 only because it would have been nice to have tv’s in all rooms for late night relaxing for all
just my preference. Other than that it was wonderful! And I would definitely book it again for another trip! Thank you!

Florida vacation

Overall it was a great place with a few exceptions that I told the Mgr about after returning home. He told me he would correct the problems immediately. One thing, there was no shade around the pool which I forgot to mention to him. The property was clean and private, very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this property.

Cute home with the added bonus of a heated swimming pool. Nice,safe,neighborhood. Reasonable proximity to Vero shops and beaches. Short ride to commercial district which was key. Drew was outstanding in communication and addressing small issues. Overall
 we were happy with our choice in picking this property for our monthly stay in Florida. If we happened to come back to the Vero area for winter vacation
 we would have no issue in choosing this property again for our stay!

Great vacation home

House was very clean. The property manager was understanding and helpful. The location was ideal. Everything was close by. Some went to fish, others enjoyed the beach, and those that wanted to relax for the day used the pool. This was the easiest vacation home I have had to keep everyone happy.

The property was wonderful and very clean with great amenities. The property manager was great to work with during our stay and very responsive to our questions. Family trip to watch baseball at Jackie Robinson Training Center

This house is beautiful and very well stocked with all kitchen items, many towels, and other nice touches. Two charging stations on each nightstand even. The property managers were friendly and accessible and in touch with us shortly before our stay to answer questions. Neighborhood is cute and safe. We will be back!
