Very relaxing property. We were treated like we were their only guests from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Very friendly staff and service was excellent. We were within walking distance of shops and wonderful restaurants. Pool area was especially nice with great deck service.

The staff is warm and friendly, and they have a great location on Vero Beach. HOWEVER this property is very dated, and desperately in need of a renovation. Room and bed were old and tired.

The hotel is very pretty. Rooms are showing their age. Mold in shower and around shower doors drywall was rotted. Upon check-in we found a used tissue next to our trash can. One curtain panel missing off the shades, and the pull for the shades leaning against the wall. Could use a bit of updating and repair in the rooms.

Beautiful hotel and staff , I found the pool area a little small and was not happy when we had to give up our lounge chairs on the beach . There was a wedding and we had to give up our chairs on a beautiful day , the pool was packed so no seats. For almost $600 a night I was not happy about leaving the beach .

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay. Took my morning walks, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, swan in the gorgeous pool while having lunch. Lots of little shops around. The staff was so attentive and accommodating. This beautiful resort is a hidden gem. Will definitely return!

HOTEL LOOKS GREAT ONLINE, UNFORTUNATLY THE FOOD IS OVER PRICED AND IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I HAD TO REQUEST STAFF TO CLEANN MY ROOM LITERALLY 3 TIMES. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE AND ACT PROFESSIONALLY. I WAS CHARGED FOR A MOVIE I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. SPENT OVER $5K AND BAR TENDER REFUSED TO SERVE MY GIRLFRIEND BECAUSE SHE 2 DRINKS. TOLD THE WAITER WHEN WE SAT DOWN TO HAVE DINER NOT TO SERVE US. WE WERE HAVING FUN UNTIL THIS HAPPENED, TRYING TO CONTROL OTHERS IS NOT COOL. WE WERE NOT MISS BEHAVING AT ALL.
