Great house with a fantastic location! We were in town for an event at the Jackie Robinson complex and this location provided easy access on a quiet, low traffic road. Access to garage was unexpected but really nice. The pool was warm and there were pool towels available. The primary bath was amazing. One of our best rental houses ever. It’s worth noting that 3 bedrooms share one bathroom.

Was as advertised. Very clean. Pool was nice and warm. Used almost everyday. Owner and property manager promptly addressed problems. We had a couple unanticipated plumbing problems that were readily addressed. Neighborhood nice.

A very pretty house with comfortable beds and an outdoor enclosed pool area. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Private. Very nice owner. I recommend this property for a couple, family or a small group.

Awesome Home Rental

Such a wonderful stay at this property. Located in a private neighborhood with easy access to downtown Vero Beach and South Beach! Backyard is a tropical oasis of vegetation - soothing with the pool and lounging area! Well apportioned amenities for coffee, laundry, dish washing, etc. Only need a short trip to grocery to round out our stay! Thank you, Drew!

We really loved how simple and accomodating this place was! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time using the pool and going to the beach. We appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella to use. The house was clean and modern and we had 4 of our children stay with us. Highly recommend!

Perfect

We were a group of 4 staying to watch our kids play baseball at the Jackie Robinson Training Facility. It was the perfect location and the house fit all of our needs. The host couldn’t have been more communicative or kind. We had very little time to enjoy the pool so when we finally did he even arranged to have the maintenance person come at a different time so we didn’t lose out on relaxing by the pool! I highly recommmed this property and host!

New Years Escape

Two senior couples on 4-day getaway weekend to ring in the New Year 2024. Weather was cold so didn't use pool but we tested it and was definitely heated. The house setup was very good with bedrooms on opposite sides and living room and kitchen in the center. In general, the house was clean but a table and the kitchen counter had some food residue. Not visible until we put our hands on them. We understand a cleaning service doesn't get the level of cleanliness a homeowner would, but it did not adversely affect our enjoyment of the home. Landscaping was attractive and neighborhood the same. We could have used the garage but just left cars in the driveway. We had to call the property manager to get instructions on how to change the temperature (outside temp in 40's at night) for heat. Worked fine after we had the info. The TV's are set up with ROKU as advertised. Could have used some instructions on how to get to network channels to view football games. We got there but can't explain how we did it. Overall, a very nice experience and we would rent again if needed a getaway in Vero Beach.

Perfect for family trip

My husband and I stayed with our two adult sons. Common areas were large and comfortable, bedrooms offered privacy. Pool is lovely and warm day or night. Hosts provide enough communication to make checkin/out very simple without being overbearing. Would definitely stay again!

Vero Beach Visit

The beach house was perfect for our combined family of 7, ages 9-60+. We enjoyed the pool and the house was spacious and super clean. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Courtney. The beach, shopping and other area attractions were only 5-10 minutes away with easy access. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Oasis

We had a wonderful stay here with friends and family. Host was very responsive. Answered within minutes of any message we sent. Helpful with any questions we had. When we had an issue with the dishwasher it was immediately addressed and rectified. I really felt like the owners cared about us and added to the quality of our stay. The property is located on a dead end culdesac and the landscaping (which was beautiful and well maintained) added additional privacy. Palm trees and bushes surround the pool area which creates a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxing! House easily accommodates larger groups with plenty of space and ample seating both indoors and out. The pool was amazing! Perfect temperature. Clean and well maintained. Pool maintenance person came out weekly. Recycling and garbage bins were large and reminders were sent from owner the night before to put them curbside. Having garage space was great too - we were able to store our paddle boards and beach gear. Mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and bedding as well as extra blankets. TV had many movie channels already set up including Hulu, etc. I was also able to log onto my Peacock account via the TV as well. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. I would definitely return again!

Clean and well kept

The house is on a lovely street, is well kept and has a beautiful, heated pool. All the beds are firm so we bought a foam mattress topper which helped, and I would suggest to the homeowner to have some as an option for anyone that can't sleep on a firm mattress. Conveniently located to beaches and Ocean Dr. as well as supermarkets and stores. The couch was large and comfortable, and the homeowners provide Netflix, Hulu etc. which was wonderful. Bring your own beach chairs etc. as we only found one beach chair. The lounge chairs by the pool don't have cushions so I might suggest that as well. Also, a binder with the Wi Fi info, (I didn't see it anywhere and had to contact the manager) restaurant recommendations and beach access info would be appreciated. All in all, it was a very nice stay, and I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Vero Beach.

Great house and lovely pool!

We enjoyed our stay and chance for our family to be together. Glad we were not planning to cook so we weren’t looking for spices, etc. A bit of a coffee and sugar supply would have been a great addition for our first morning after arrival. We left the supply that we bought. Great location!

Nice place close to everything

The house was nice, landscape was pretty. No issues with anything in the house. The pool gradually went from shallow to deep which was nice. There was also a grill onsite that worked perfectly.
