Taking the elevator to the second floor, you'll find the main entrance and a spiral staircase leading to the third floor, where the master bedroom and full bathroom with shower are located. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious living room with a kitchenette, dining table, and comfortable double sofa bed. The numerous windows surrounding the room offer panoramic views of Verona's rooftops, making the apartment bright and inviting.The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and is perfect for a romantic getaway for couples or a pleasant trip with family or friends.Regarding parking, we recommend the Arsenale public parking located at Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, which is a short distance from the apartment.For your comfort, we adhere to regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. Transit in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.
