I like to wake up to a good cup of coffee. The motel to far to walk for a quick up of coffee. Please consider better coffee makers OR at least a good coffee machine in lobby to go get one.

The room was ok, but it had a bad smell. Also the walls were thin so the neighbors talking until 4AM kept us awake. They also do not provide service to the room and do not leave adequate supplies for your stay so you have to go request additional coffee, soap, etc. I would not recommend this place. It could be better with some effort on thier part.

The kitchen wasn’t clean but next day staff sent housekeeping to clean the kitchen ( which was just okay). Staff wasn’t friendly at all ( like no greetings at all) and most of the time no one was on the front desk. There was a strong bad smell in the room when we first entered. Location was fine, near Tim horotns and small grocery store. We really liked the location. Thank you

The bathroom tub and shower were an incredible asset after a long hike. The room was super clean and the staff went above and beyond. Yes, the room was on the lower level without much of a view outside but we were only there late evening to unwind and sleep. King bed and quality bedding were welcome.

We are always happy with our accommodations at the Arbutus Inn. The only drawback is that there were a few very tiny ants evident in one corner of our room so we made sure we didn't leave our bags in that area.
